About PerksConnect

PerksConnect is an exciting, new mobile loyaltyprogram that drives traffic and allows merchants to better engage with consumers. Merchants promote offers and deliver tailored messages to thousands of PerksConnect members in their neighborhood and traveling across the United States. Merchants can create and update their offers daily and send messages to their favorite customers as often as they like.

PerksConnect allows its members to view merchant offers on their mobile phone or online and easily search by city, zip code or automatically by GPS. Members simply present their mobile phone or printed online offer at the point of sale to receive their discount. AboutUs2
Offers

Offer Description:
Offers promoted through PerksConnect should be everyday incentives available to consumers at all times. Offers must be validated for PerksConnect members presenting them at the point of sale either on their phone or printed on paper. Offers are ultimately determined by merchants and can be any type of incentive.

Creating or Changing an Offer:
To create or update an offer for distribution into the PerksConnect member network, simply enter the offer TITLE and DETAILS into the offer fields provided on the Merchant Dashboard and press SUBMIT. To view how an offer will display in the mobile application before submitting, enter the offer and select PREVIEW. If while changing an offer you would like to revert to your current offer, simply select “View Current Offer” in the upper right corner of the Offer section. Please review and confirm offer accuracy before submitting.

Submitting an Offer:
Offers are viewed by thousands of PerksConnect members in neighborhoods across the United States. For this reason, PerksConnect reviews all offers submitted for appropriateness of language and content. After submitting an offer, PerksConnect makes every effort to post the offer as quickly as possible. However, it may take up to 24 hours before your offer appears on the Perksconnect program.

Removing an Offer:
By changing your offer you are removing the old offer and replacing it with a new offer. If you have any further questions you can always contact us.

Hot Deals

Hot Deal Description:
Hot Deals are the type of offers that are just too good to make available all the time. Hot Deals are usually time sensitive and provide a larger incentive to consumers than the everyday offers described above. Hot Deals are intended to drive consumers into businesses during slow periods of the day or week. Like Offers, Hot Deals must be available to PerksConnect members who present the offer at the point of sale and meet the Hot Deal qualifications. Hot Deals are ultimately determined by merchants and can be any type of incentive.

Creating or Changing a Hot Deal:
Creating or changing a Hot Deal is the same as creating or changing an Offer. See Offers section above.

Submitting a Hot Deal:
Submitting a Hot Deal is the same as submitting an Offer. See Offers section above..

Removing a Hot Deal:
By changing a Hot Deal you are removing the old Hot Deal and replacing it with a new Hot Deal. If you want to remove a hot deal submit a “blank” field. If you have any further questions you can always contact us.
Hot Deals
Favorites

Description of Favorites:
Perksconnect members are allowed to select any merchant as their Favorite Favorites Icon. Selecting Favorite merchants is a quick way to see what new offers are available from their favorite merchants. Members are prompted to add a merchant to their list of Favorites every time they view a merchant’s Offer or Hot Deal. Members are also able to receive messages from their Favorite merchants (see Messaging below). Merchants who enroll consumers into PerksConnect by having them scan their unique QR Code are automatically that member’s Favorite.

Popular Merchants

Description of Popular
A merchant becomes popular when 25 or more Perksconnect members have selected them as a Favorite. Popular Merchants have a Popular Icon next to their business name letting other PerksConnect members know that these merchants are visited frequently by other members prompting them to visit as well. Members can search by popular merchants only and Popular Merchants can send messages directly to members who have selected them as their Favorite (See Messaging below).

Real-Time Messaging

Description of Messaging:
Send messages directly to your Favorites. Messages are sent in real-time and one-way only (from merchant to Favorite).
Merchants have the option to expire messages in 1 – 7 days and new Messages replace previously sent messages. Favorites will always see the most recent message sent. Sending a Message:
Messages should communicate special offers, VIP events or insider communications that merchants reserve for their Favorite customers. If a message includes a special offer, it must be available to PerksConnect members who present the offer at the point of sale. Messages are ultimately determined by merchants, but must use appropriate language and content.

Checking Sent Messages:
By changing a Hot Deal you are removing the old Hot Deal and replacing it with a new Hot Deal. If you have any further questions you can always contact us.

Description of In-Store Signage
PerksConnect provides each merchant with the ability to print out custom signs that promote the program in-store and around town. The signage allows consumers to scan and join the PerksConnect network. Any consumers joining at a merchant location automatically make that merchant a Favorite and begin to receive messages form that merchant. Existing Perksconnect members know to scan the sign to populate the merchant offer on their phones. Merchants receive reporting on the number of scans received on a daily basis.

Printing Signage:
To print signs simple click “View/Print” button under the Tools Section of the Merchant Dashboard. Signage is us automatically customized with the Merchant Name, Address, and unique QR Code.

Using In-Store Signage:

Unique QR Code

What is a unique QR Code
Each merchant is assigned their own unique Quick Response (QR) Code. QR Codes allow consumers to join the Perksconnect program or members to check recent offers by scanning the code with their Smartphone. The QR code allows Perksconnect to report information back to merchants on-line, so encourage you customers to scan when present at your location!

Where do I place my QR Code?
QR Codes can be places on Facebook pages, print advertising, store giveaways, menus, receipts, bags, stickers or any type of marketing materials imaginable. The QR code connects your customers and consumers to you, so please it where they will see it the most!
